Department of Foreign Affairs «Constellation USA Chicago» was founded in November, 2006, Chicago, USA.

The Department basic objectives:

• positioning of the Holding Company “Constellation Aquarius” out of the bounds of Russia and CIS and establishing favorable treatment in cooperation with American companies;
• contract follow-up of the Russian businesses with their foreign partners;
• acquisition of Customers and partners;
• searching new challenging business lines
